Understanding your needs
Every engagement begins with an intro call with one of our Client Managers, all of them engineers. This conversation is designed to go beyond the job description and uncover what success truly looks like for your team. We dive into your tech stack, team structure, seniority expectations, collaboration style, and any nuances that will shape the match. The better we understand your context, the better the fit.

Smart shortlisting
Eros analyzes the request against thousands of data points, drawing from our developer network and platform history. It ranks candidates using a custom suitability score based on skills, past performance, industry experience, timezone, soft skills, English language and more. When needed, our sourcing team steps in to find specialized or hard-to-fill roles.

Internal evaluation
Our team conducts soft skill and context-fit checks before we present any candidate. If a developer has already worked with us before, we factor in past results and client feedback to ensure consistency and confidence.

Profile presentation and decision
Once the match is confirmed, we send you the profiles of one to three top candidates with why we believe they’re a strong fit for your needs. From there, you decide whether to proceed with contract and onboarding or explore another option.

Meet & Greet Meeting
We coordinate a meet-and-greet meeting where you get to know the candidates, ask questions, and assess fit. This is where we validate alignment across both hard and soft skills before the formal introduction.
