About the role

As a Junior Sales Representative, you’ll be part of the client teams and perform the sales activities assigned to you.

  • Account growth & retention: Take on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, be a part of contract negotiations, and secure long-term client loyalty by delivering value.

  • Project coordination: Work closely with Account Managers to meet client needs, keep deadlines, and ensure deliverables align with expectations.

  • Performance monitoring & reporting: Track account performance, prepare clear reports, and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Matching: Use your tech know-how to match the right developer to customer needs, collaborating with the account manager and a client engineer for support.

Client Focus: Global Enterprise Clients ( > 2 000 employees).
