Develop and manage the backend and business interfaces for the Net Posti postal automation services in Finland (VB6, C#)

Mason worked originally for Telstra on their IT Service Desk as an analyst in 2004 and developed automation tools (VB, C#) to increase productivity of executing request fulfillment for the analysts. He moved into a development role and implemented automation workflows (asp.net/C#/VB.Net) and created the current Telstra MyIT Self Service portal which is currently the most used site within Telstra. The network has approximately 80,000 desktops and achieved > 95% IT Service Request automation of request fulfillment.
