• Defined and implemented a comprehensive automated internal OS, using React, NextJS, and TypeScript, integrating project management, operations, finance, and technology functions into one seamless platform → unified fragmented processes, enabling efficient lead-to-close workflows and multi-tenant scalability.
• Built an internal LLM chat interface, using Supabase, Langchain and TypeScript, for internal users to assist with their day-to-day tasks → defined and build an automated RAG pipeline, creating triggered embeddings of internal SOPs in a vector DB → created tools for the LLM, integrated with key platforms (Monday, Odoo, Aircall, n8n) so that projected management could be ingested and updated directly from the chat UI.
• Fully automated finance department processes → reduced average invoice cycle time by over 80% and decreased CFO’s hands-on involvement in payments by 90%, minimizing errors and improving forecasting accuracy.
• Designed and implemented automated tracking and reporting for over 180 internal KPIs using BigQuery and Looker Studio → provided real-time dashboards for executives and investors, enhancing visibility into property pipelines and performance metrics.
