Crowe Foederer is one of the top accounting and consultancy firms. In more than 60 years, it has grown into a nationwide office network with more than 650 employees, spread across eight offices in the Netherlands. Its efforts are focused on the auditing, consultancy, corporate finance, HR, tax, and technology areas. They also have a proprietary AI product called CyntA,I which simplifies financial reporting for their clients, and was built with help from Proxify members.
David Adewunmi, Manager & Lead AI Business Architect at Crowe Foederer, leads these AI initiatives. His role spans building proprietary AI products, scaling internal capabilities, and ensuring that the right technical expertise is in place to support rapid innovation.
The challenge
As Crowe Foederer expanded its AI ambitions, sourcing the right talent quickly became a major challenge.
AI roles are in high demand, and finding professionals with the right mix of technical expertise and practical experience proved to be a slow and resource-intensive process.
The challenges they faced before partnering with Proxify were centered around the sourcing of candidates, especially for high-demand roles within the subject of AI.
“The process of being able to source candidates in this case was very tedious. But when Proxify came into the mix, they were able to provide with high efficiency and the right candidates for the respective roles.”
The team needed a faster, more reliable way to bring in highly skilled and vetted developers, as well as designers, without compromising on quality.

Through Proxify, Crowe Foederer assembled a cross-functional team that includes two principal developers, a UI/UX designer, and a DevOps Azure engineer, all carefully matched to the company’s technical and cultural needs.
Proxify’s rigorous vetting process and delivery speed stood out immediately, allowing the team at Crowe Foederer to move forward with confidence and momentum.
The results
The impact of the collaboration was felt quickly across both delivery and productivity.
One of the most notable outcomes has been the development of CynthAI, Crowe Foederer’s proprietary AI-driven product. The Proxify UI/UX designer joined the project from the very beginning and played a key role in shaping the product’s user experience.
“She helped extensively with the design and the framework from a user experience standpoint for CynthAI. I think our deliverables are very notable in the product itself.
He notes that CynthAI itself offers an amazing user experience and a seamless user interface, thanks to the UI/UX designer, who was very much significant in its design.
Overall, working with Proxify has helped Crowe Foederer boost productivity, improve efficiency, and consistently secure the right talent for each role.
